Course Overview
This program provides an overview of Historical development of quality surveying. It gives an in-depth description of Functions performed by quantity surveyor in relation to the construction works, Evolution of standard methods of measurement for construction works. The use of document in practice, Measurement and computation of length, girths, area and volumes both for irregular shapes from drawings. Students’ will also learn the theoretical process of building contracts from inception to completion and the interrelationship of the professional team.
