Western Institute of Technology organized a two day workshop at new Mangalore Port Trust of Safety at Workplace.

We conducted many workshop and first aid programmes in different colleges and leading industries like Mangalore Refineries and Petro Chemicals Ltd. (MRPL), Primacy, New Mangalore Port Trist (NMPT), U.B., Core Logic, Suzlon and others.

The Institute trained the employees in Occupational safety fundamentals and occupational safety at workplace. The Aim of this workshop was to create awareness in health hazards, indentify hazards and eliminate them and also to follow safe work procedures.

Workshop at Mangalore International Airport		World Environment Day

Workshop was conducted on importance of Health, Safety and Environment, Occupational safety and general safety at airport. Chairman of Airport authority, Mangalore, other office and staff were also present at this occasion.		There was an interaction with students by exports on the topic “Global Warming Environment warning” and various activities were conducted for protecting and preserving our environment like planting saplings, awareness regarding health safety and Environment hazards etc.
